This evening we will be hosting our 9th Annual Soar Concert beginning at 6:30 PM.  Admission is $2 per person, $5 per family of 3 or more.  We will also be selling concessions, as well as a silent auction.  Some of the items being auctioned off include dinner for 2, 30-minute massage, 60-minute facial, 2 movie tickets, etc.

Additionally, we will be performing jointly with our two middle school feeder band programs.  We will be rehearsing during 4th block.  While this is the regular class time for the upperclassmen band students, the Freshmen band students will need to report to the band room/auditorium during 4th Block today.  They will be responsible for making up any missed work.  I am attaching the roster of the band students to this email, along with the flyer for tonight's concert.

Lastly, on tomorrow (Friday, March 22) the band will be traveling to Williams Elementary School to perform for their ACAP Pep Rally.  The band students will need to report to the band room during Focus 45 so that we can rehearse for that performance before sending them to 1st lunch. (We're playing different music for Friday 🙂)  We are scheduled to leave by 12:30 PM.  We expect to return to the school around 2:00 PM.

Thank you all so much for your cooperation and support.  I hope to see you all tonight at our concert.
