Columbia JROTC cadets at Calhoun working shred events with shred truck shown and cans

The Columbia High School JROTC “Eagle Battalion” had 28 cadets to volunteer for the the Annual Huntsville City, Better Business Bureau “BBB” Shred Day event held at Calhoun Community College.

This event gives the community an opportunity to protect their identities, prevent fraud and securely destroy personal documents in a quick and easy drive-thru set-up.

Over 1000 vehicles came through and dropped off  old documents and electronics to be shredded.
