John Meredith, Huntsville City Councilman for District 5, presented the Columbia High School Wrestling Team with a allocation from the D5 Council Improvement Fund to support equipment and participation fees. Councilman Meredith remarked, “The team is made up of talented, hardworking students, and it is an honor to help support them so they can participate in the sport they love.”
He also extended his gratitude to Principal Dr. Thomas Jones and Wrestling Coach Walter Walker for their dedication to the success of Columbia High School’s students.
