Veterans Day is celebrated across the U.S. with a variety of events to honor and recognize the service of military veterans.
At Columbia, we observed Veterans Day in several ways.
The band, cheer team and JROTC Eagle Battalion participated the City's Annual parade in downtown Huntsville bringing home the top awards for both band and JROTC.
Our JROTC Eagle Battalion Veterans Day Community Service Project included presenting colors at the Floyd E. “TUT” Fann State Veterans Home and listen to stories of the Veterans.
A Veterans Day program was initiated by our Student to Student (S2S) liasion, Mr. Lybrand and the organization in honor of our staff and parents in recognition for their service.
