Exciting & Important Upcoming Events:

ACAP Testing will resume this Week! ACAP testing for will take place as scheduled from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM. Please ensure your child arrives on time and is well-rested for testing.

2025 ACAP Testing Schedule:

Please refer to your child’s grade level for specific test times:

  • April 7 – 8: Grades 2-3 (Math)

  • April 9 – 10: Grades 4-5 (Math)

  • April 11 & April 14 – 18: Grades 2-5 (Makeups & Small Group)

Key Testing Reminders:

  • All student devices will remain at school during the testing window.

  • Testing sessions cannot be interrupted by check-ins or check-outs.

  • Tardy students will report to the Media Center until testing concludes for the day.

  • Make up sessions will be provided as needed.

  • If you need to check out your child, please do so after 10:30 AM.

  • Students will have scheduled breaks between testing sessions.

Assistant Principals Week – Let’s Celebrate Mrs. McFadden April 7th - 11th!

This week, we’re showing some extra love to our amazing Assistant Principal, Mrs. McFadden! Feel free to send in special treats, kind notes, or tokens of appreciation to help us thank her for everything she does for our scholars, staff, and school. Let’s make her feel truly celebrated and special!

Kite Day – This Friday, April 11th!

Get ready for some high-flying fun! Kite Day is Friday, and each grade level has a scheduled time to take part in this exciting event.

  • Please send your scholar(s) with a

    fully assembled kite

  • Parents and guardians are invited to attend and join the fun!

Purple Up Day – This Friday, April 11th!

Join us as we show support for our military-connected families!
We encourage all scholars to wear purple to honor and celebrate the strength and sacrifices of our military families.

Let’s paint the school purple in appreciation of their service! 🇺🇸.

Challenger’s outstanding PTA was recently awarded a Healthy Minds Grant! With the allocated funds, we plan to offer parents and guardians opportunities to participate in a variety of engaging activities.
