The Challenger Greenpower team traveled to Talladega Superspeedway to compete in the Greenpower National Championship race. To qualify teams must compete in 4 races throughout the season. Challenger competed against 33 other middle school cars with Alpha 89 coming in first place in both heats on its way to being crowned the 2023-2024 Intermediate Modified division National Champion. This is the 3rd year in a row a Challenger car has won the National Championship and the first time winning the Modified division.
