Mrs. Dudley’s classes have been studying the MyPlate.gov guidelines for teen health and nutrition the past two weeks. Students were given the chance to try heathy combinations of possibly never tried before and healthy foods. Flavored hummus, Laughing Cow light cheese, snap peas, Wheat Thins, and Triscuits were new snacks to try for many of the students
