Today, Mrs. Dudley's ESOL class hosted International Food Day! Students shared dishes from around the world, showcasing the cultural heritages of Afghanistan, Mexico, Nigeria, and Thailand. A special highlight? Mrs. Dudley's husband, Jon, joined in the fun by cooking up some delicious Thai Red Curry! Of course, no meal is complete without a touch of home, so we also had classic Mac & Cheese and mouthwatering Apple and Berry Pies. #EagleUp #WingsUp
