Farley Elementary School

After learning about mass, volume, and density, the fifth grade created Rainbow Layered Solutions.  To create the rainbow, the students had to measure the density of four different salt solutions.  Next, the students had to rank the solutions based on their density.  Finally, using their data, the students layered the solutions in a clear straw.
