Wednesday, October 19th, kindergarten celebrated the 50th day of school. We had a wonderful time engaging in 50's and 50s-themed activities across all curriculums. We compared life in the 1950s to life today, raced to reach the number 50 first in a dice partner game, and so much more. Students even dressed the part in poodle skirts, leather jacks, rolled-up blue jeans, and slicked-back hair! We ended the day with a sock hop dance party. Students had root beer floats and learned to do the hand jive and twist. It was a blast!
