Farley PreK had a special visitor today. Grace Anello came to visit us and tell us all about her job. She is a meteorologist on WAAY 31. We learned about all the different weather conditions. This was a perfect review from our high winds day, followed by our ice storm and then storms today with flooding. We could not see their storm tracker truck because they used it today to track the floods. Ms. Anello read a book about lightning, and we discussed what causes the different types of weather. Each child also got a take-home bag as a gift from her.
