It's the time of year when our Alabama temperatures are varying throughout the day on a grand scale. Having the correct layering of clothing will help your child stay warm and dry when they are coming and going from school and spending time outside during PE or recess. It is so important to protect your child from the elements.  Base layers and Mid layers of the correct type of fabrics, outer layers, hats and gloves are needed for your child to be warm and comfortable with these cold temperatures that we are experiencing and help them stay healthy and able to focus on their schoolwork. It is also a great idea to send an extra set of weather appropriate clothing in case of an accident.
