Please read the below information for our award ceremonies.
Backpacks are not needed May 19, 20, & 21 - students may bring a water bottle and lunch.
Parking is available in the main parking lot and in the Greenway Parking Lot on both sides of HWY 431.
Each Awardee may bring two guests.
Not every student will receive an award or be called forward in our 6th and 7th-grade award ceremonies.
Every 8th-grade student will walk across the stage for promotion to high school. Not every 8th-grade student will receive an award.
To prevent delays, long lines, and possibly missing a few minutes of the award ceremonies, PLEASE bring your driver's license into the office before May 19th
From 8:00-4:00 to ensure you are logged into our RAPTOR system. All Award Ceremony guests will sign in using the RAPTOR System.
Guests will enter through the AV room before the ceremony to scan in through our RAPTOR system.
Guests will exit using the gym lobby.
You may sign your child out after the Award Ceremony in the gym lobby. If you are checking out more than one child, or a child that is not your own, you will go to the main office. The office will not accept handwritten notes, emails or text messages on phones for checkout on Awards Day. You may email Ms. Chambers with check-out information before May 19th to coordinate your child's check-out with a different parent.
