Promoters of the concert featuring, "That Girl Lay Lay: Back to School Bash" gifted Highlands Elementary School with 10 pairs of tickets. This picture shows the winners of the tickets. Students who had Perfect Attendance in August, had their names place in a raffle. These lucky students and their parent or guardian will enjoy the concert on Sunday, September 22nd at the Mark C.
