On Friday, November 22nd, Principal Dixon and members of the Leadership Team surprised 6th Grade teacher, Mrs. Crystal Bates-West. She was chosen to be Highlands Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Bates-West was presented with a beautiful blue and silver plaque, balloons, and flowers. Congratulations!
