The Year of the Snake was celebrated today with several activities and participation from AAMU Community Involvement Volunteers. Students attended an assembly to see special guests perform the Chinese Dragon Dance and hear Chinese singers perform songs of celebration. Students also participated in several stations where they could "Make and Take" centers, games, and activities related to Chinese New Year. It was a great celebration that was fun and filled with excitement.
