Students in grades K-6 selected famous African Americans and brought them to life in the wax museum. Scholars created trifold organizers with facts and pictures about their famous African American. They dressed like their famous person and stood still while classes came to tour the museum. Famous African Americans in sports, music, fine arts, politics, and education were represented. It was a truly fun and information event.
