Highlands Elementary School

A group of volunteers from Oakwood University selected Highlands Elementary as a service site. On Saturday, April 12, 2025, volunteers came on campus and picked up trash outside the school, on the playground, track and pavilion . They also covered and labeled "Lost and Found" boxes, pulled weeds from the Hawks Nest, and completed other tasks. The group arrived at 11:00 a.m. and departed at 1:00 p.m. The Service Day is an annual event where members of Oakwood Church gives back to community.
