Congressman Dale Strong from the Alabama 5th Congressional District announced the winners of the Congressional App Challenge including Huntsville High sophomore Silas Sahs placing 2nd. This is a team competition and should be noted that Silas competed as an individual, making his 2nd place finish even more impressive. Congressman Dale Strong invited Silas and his mother to his office to present him with his award.
