Congratulations to the Capstone of Engineering students who participated in the INSPIRESS/FALCON scientific engineering payload design challenge on December 2nd at the Shelby Center on the campus of UAH. We had two teams that competed against teams from Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama and they won their overall design challenge in their respective divisions. This is the first time Huntsville High has entered this competition.
Coach Hancock was excited and pleased with his student's performance and mentioned that the competition was as much about the soft skills of communication as the engineering skills.
