Lakewood Elementary School

This summer the 2nd and Charles in Madison and the Books-A-Million in Huntsville held book drives to support our Lakewood library. Customers were able to purchase a book from our library wish list or select a favorite of their own to donate. Through the help of 2nd and Charles and Book-A-Million, and the support of their customers just over 2,000 books were donated. Ms. Locy has been very busy getting all the donated books sorted, labeled, cataloged, and ready for our students who have been delighted to have so many new books to select from. The staff and students at Lakewood Elementary send a huge thank you to 2nd and Charles, Books-A-Million, and everyone who supported their summer book drives! Thank you!
