Morris Elementary

Curriculum Night is a way to provide parents and guardians with a preview of the academic program and expectations for their child's learning. Parents were given information on the subjects taught, including important topics, learning objectives, and assessment strategies. Parents were informed about the academic requirements of the Literacy and Numeracy Act and ways to communicate with teachers and school administration. Families were able to engage in a hands-on educational experience with their child's teacher.  This was a way to promote collaboration between parents and the teacher.
