We continue to do BIG THINGS with recognition at Ronald McNair. Our students were challenged with an essay contest and with the assistance from our English teacher Daniel Martin, our learners rose to the occasion. Ladies and gentlemen, introducing our winner, Madison Jones! We always knew Madison's gift, but now the city has caught a glimpse of our precious asset. Madison was invited to read her essay, "If Dr. King Was Alive Today" in front of a packed Von Braun Civic Center at the annual Martin Luther King Breakfast sponsored by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Way to go Madison! Keep grinding! You are definitely appreciated and we are sooooo proud of you!
