Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School

Throughout the month of April, our faculty and staff came together to celebrate Autism Awareness Month with unwavering enthusiasm and dedication. Recognizing the importance of raising awareness and fostering understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), our school organized a series of events and initiatives aimed at promoting acceptance, inclusion, and support for individuals with autism and their families. Teachers read books to students about accepting their differences and completing an activity to go with it. By coming together in solidarity and solidarity, we reaffirmed our commitment to creating a more compassionate and inclusive world for individuals of all abilities. We wanted students to know that everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
