Congratulations to sixth grader Parish Owen, winner, and fourth grader Ayla Graves, runner-up of the annual Monte Sano Spelling Bee. Parish correctly spelled the word verve to advance to the Madison County Spelling Bee to be held at the Academy for Academics and Arts on February 6th at 9 am. The winner of the county bee will advance to the Alabama state bee for a chance to represent our state at the 2024 Scripps National Spelling Bee. Go Parish!!
