We had a fantastic time when local author Heather Montgomery visited us to start off Read Across America week! She showed us how to think like scientists and taught us about germs, bacteria, and viruses from her new book Sick! It was really cool learning about how animals, including humans, respond to these things. Heather's visit was super interesting and made us excited to keep reading and learning more. We're grateful for the opportunity to meet such an amazing author!
