During Read Across America Week, we had a special day called Readers are Leaders! Community leaders visited each classroom as guest readers. They shared stories from different places in the US. Afterward, we got to move our class car on a big map to match the book's setting. It was exciting to explore new places through stories and see our map come to life! This day showed us that reading can take us on amazing adventures all across the country.
