Inspired by Chris Van Dusen's If I Built a School, the kindergartners at Monte Sano Elementary used Legos to imagine ways to make our school even "cooler on the mountain". After listening to the story, they eagerly set to work, building everything from playgrounds with rocket slides to classrooms with floating desks. Their creativity knew no bounds as they designed imaginative additions to their beloved school. The activity not only sparked their engineering skills but also encouraged them to dream big about the future of Monte Sano. It was a fun and inspiring day of learning through play!
