The Montview 2023-2024 SGA Election kicked off with students campaigning for two weeks. The students created posters and passed out flyers to persuade their fellow classmates to cast their vote for them. On September 1st, 2023, we held an election themed 'Power to the People'. SGA Officer Candidates gave speeches and students in grades 3-5 were able to vote online, giving us immediate results. Thank you to all who participated in the election with a special shout out to our SGA sponsor, Tiffany Pogue.
The following students were elected:
- President - Amiyah Johnson
- Vice President - Tamir Prater
- Secretary - Emily Jackson
- Treasurer - Nevaeh Tate
- Historian - Christian Kirkham
- 3rd Grade Class Representatives - A'Mya Johnson, Kendall Stallworth
- 4th Grade Class Representatives - Kingston Murray, Reygan Lewis, Demaurez Garner
- 5th Grade Class Representatives - Kingston Gardner, Jaylen Johnson.
