Montview was planning on hosting Family Literacy Night on Thursday, March 2nd, but due to the possible inclement weather it was moved to Monday, March 6th. Even though the date was changed, it was still a great turn out. There were literacy games, read aloud times, and every student that came was able to get a free book. The book fair was also extended so families could attend. We offered free pizza, drinks, and snacks for all the families. A big shout out to our Reading Coach, Ms. Phillips, our PTA, and Redstone Federal Credit Union for helping plan the event, providing the food, and volunteering your time!
