Providence Elementary School

Second grade students experienced an outdoor classroom with instructors from the Land Trust of North Alabama and Huntsville's Green Team . Students learned about macroinvertebrates living in the nearby Indian Creek and how humans can affect the watershed. Students also participated in a nature walk to the creek and learned about leaf identification. Many thanks to our community partners for supporting our students!
