Our first graders and their teachers soared into Spring with a very fun Kite Day! "Go Fly a Kite Day" is celebrated the third Sunday in April every year so our first grade classes celebrated on Thursday, April 17th. Thankfully we had a sunny, windy day that was perfect for flying kites. Our students had a grand time running around with their kites trailing behind them. We saw lots of smiles on that sunny day!
