The students, faculty and staff with Dante Pride, Adia and Maitland in the front during our Black History Program.

We had an amazing time during our Black History Program at RHES! Our students were very engaged and learned a lot from the speakers we had.

We want to express our gratitude to the RHES 6th grade choir, directed by Mr. Davis, for their beautiful song selections during the program. A special thank you goes to our two-5th grade young ladies who offered a heartfelt welcome and shared an inspiring poem. We also want to recognize Ms. Karsyn Moore for her wonderful solo performance.

Additionally, we thank Mr. Dante Pride, Ms. Adia, and Mr. Mario Maitland for their encouraging words to our students. Their messages will inspire our students wherever they go in life. Thank you for taking the time to speak to them.

What a fantastic day we had celebrating Black History Month at RHES! A special thank you to Coach Dante Pride for his inspiring words, reminding our students that it’s not about how many times we fall but how we rise that matters most. Thank you, Mr. Mario Maitland, for encouraging our students to “think differently.” We also appreciate Ms. Adia for motivating our students to continue being courageous and impactful in all they do! Go Cougars!
