Whitesburg Parents and Guardians,
I do not want you to be confused about all the dates and times for our Title 1 Annual Meeting. We offer multiple times to assure all parents are able to attend. You only need to attend one of the times.
- August 28 at 1:30 pm
- August 29 at 5:30 pm (before PTA Open House)
- September 1 at 10:30
Tuesday night is one of the dates for our Title 1 Annual Meeting. It begins at 5:30 in the cafeteria. Immediately following, we will start our PTA Open House in the cafeteria. Parents and students will be dismissed from the PTA meeting to go to the classrooms (classrooms will not be open until after the PTA meeting concludes).
Please join PTA (see information below). The classrooms are having a competition to get the most families to join.
Please do not forget that we are out of school 1/2 day on Friday, September 1. We will dismiss at 11:30 am.
