We've had a great week of teaching and learning!
I tell the students every day on broadcast to be kind and do their very best. I explain to them that if they do those two simple things they will be successful in life.
Our "honeymoon" period is coming to a close. Students are getting comfortable and their behavior is slipping.
Please help support us by staying in contact with your teacher, checking their folders and work that come home, checking DOJO for messages from the teachers, etc.
Have conversations with your children about how their day went. A great question to ask them is, "What went well today at school?" This will keep conversations positive and it also gives them something specific to answer and will lead to other conversations about their day.
Let's continue to strive for excellence in everything that we do.
