The kickoff for the 2024-2025 Federal Impact Aid Survey is October 17 to October 31. The Impact Aid Survey Form will be in the Parent Portal of PowerSchool. Parents/Guardians will need to have an Account in PowerSchool to complete the form. ETV will be sending out a notice on October 17 to all parents about the Impact Aid Survey Kickoff which will include instructions on how to complete the form electronically and how to set up an Account in PowerSchool.
The Impact Aid Survey Form is not available electronically in Spanis, but Spanish speaking students can get a copy of the form. The deadline for completing the Impact Aid Form is October 31. If you have any questions, please contact the Student Welfare and Social Services Department at 256-963-9806.
