The 5th grade Greenpower Team attended the annual Huntsville City Goblin race on Saturday, February 11th at Milton Frank Stadium. The team members present included: Sponsor- Mrs. Martin, Scott Rochelle, Wyatt Kyker, Alyce Sanborn, Robert Lawery, Jacob Greene, Aaron Collum, and Kensley Boone, Vivian Vergara. The students braved the cold and the rain to compete in the drag, slalom, and circuit races. The team came together to race, push, and support each other. A big shout out goes to Mr. Martin for cooking everyone hot dogs and Ms. Cummings for cheering us on!
