The 2023 spelling bee at Williams Elementary started off with a strong group of 20 spellers ranging from grades 1-5. The bee lasted 48 rounds with our winner 4th Grader Donald Kosak and runner-up, 5th grader Cori Winchester. With the following students 1st grader Paris Council, 2nd grader Kacee Ware, and 3rd grader Dominic McDowell giving them a great showdown! The winning word was Oddity.  Congratulations to all our contestants and Donald Kosak who will go on to represent Williams Elementary in our Madison County Spelling Bee in February.
