The 2023 spelling bee at Williams Elementary started off with a strong group of 20 spellers ranging from grades 1-5. The bee lasted 48 rounds with our winner 4^th Grader Donald Kosak and runner-up, 5^th grader Cori Winchester. With the following students 1^st grader Paris Council, 2^nd grader Kacee Ware, and 3^rd grader Dominic McDowell giving them a great showdown! The winning word was Oddity.  Congratulations to all our contestants and Donald Kosak who will go on to represent Williams Elementary in our Madison County Spelling Bee in February.
