Paraprofessionals often called paras play an essential role in the classrooms of teachers. They support students by helping them achieve their goals. They help teachers with lessons and share feedback on what supports work best for the students they serve. I want to say that at Williams we have some really great Praprofessionals/RBTs so thank you for all you do on a daily basis.
