Williams Middle School's SGA and JS2S invited our Military Connected Families and Veterans to join in our Veterans' Day celebration in honor of their service with a program, on Friday, November 8th. The program featured the White Glove Flag Folding Ceremony with an explanation of the meaning of each of the thirteen folds. The MIA/POW table ceremony with the symbolism of each of the items placed upon the table. The WMS band performed a beautiful rendition of the national anthem. Our veteran, Sr Airman Branton Baird gave an inspirational speech leading up to the recognition of each branch of service the veterans represented with the Armed Forces Medley. PTA provided a welcome reception with brunch.
