Williams Middle School

On November 8th, 8th grade AGT students toured College Academy. Students were able to get an inside look into what College Academy looks like during the first two years of the program. Students were taken on an in-depth tour of Mae Jemison by Dr. Brown, the dean of College Academy. Students then got to have a question and answer session with two College Academy seniors. The seniors were able to give students insight into what the program looks like from a student's perspective. Then the field trip continued to UAH where students got to go on a tour of the campus and see the sights where College Academy students get involved on campus. Overall the tour of College Academy allowed students insight into an available program them all they have to do is apply before the deadline of December 6th.
