Williams Middle School

Ms. Patton from Alabama A&M who is apart of a group called 4H came to teach basic coding and robotics to Mrs. Osborne's STEAM classes. 4H is a group that has many different clubs which guarantees that everyone has at least one club they can do out of the many options. Students completed a STREAM robot activity where they learned to code robots on a beginner level. The students started by learning the controls on the website. The controls were what made the robot move, speak, and project colors. Students then had to listen to a story and program the robot to do what was being said in the story.
