Due to the threat of severe weather on Friday, Aug. 28, 2020, several football games set for Friday night will be moved up to Thursday, Aug. 27, 2020.
Matchups rescheduled for Thursday night include Lee versus Grissom, Jemison at Hartselle, and Columbia at New Hope. Kickoff times will remain at 7 p.m.
Coverage of the Lee versus Grissom game at Milton Frank Stadium will begin at 7 p.m. on WHIQ ETV channel 25.5 over-the-air, Comcast channel 17, and WOW channel 3. Additionally, the game will be broadcast live on huntsvillecityschools.org and on the HCS Facebook page at facebook.com/huntsvillecityschools.
The Huntsville at Mountain Brook game is currently set to continue on Friday night. HCS will communicate any updates to families and stakeholders.
